Postage Policy

For UK orders

Under normal circumstances, if we receive your order before 12.00 midday, it will be despatched the same day. After midday, it will be despatched the following day. Orders are delivered via Royal Mail or carrier, depending on the weight and value.

For all UK orders less than £35 - £2.50 will be added for post and packing.

For UK orders over £35 – post and packing is FREE.

Special Delivery - Next Day Delivery Option

If you would like your parcel delivered by Royal Mail specifically (instead of our carriers) you can opt for Royal Mail Special Delivery. Our charge for this is £6 and you can select this option when you go to View Cart or Checkout.

Order in time for Christmas

Last posting day for normal deliveries in the UK - Tuesday 20th December 2011.

Next day deliveries - last posting day - Thursday 22nd December 2011. See Special Delivery charges above.

These dates do not apply for overseas deliveries. These will take longer, so best to order well before Christmas.

For all overseas deliveries

If you live overseas or want an order sending abroad then, in View Cart, you will need to change the Destination Country in the Post & Packing (Shipping) section to the country to which you want the order to go eg. change from United Kingdom to Switzerland. Then you need to click on Choose Shipping Option. This should automatically select the correct Postage & Packing charge according to the weight of your order (which is also calculated automatically) and you need to click on that shipping option. For example, if you order Synergy Natural Chlorella 200 tablets, to go to Switzerland, the cost for this shipping band will be added to your order.
