| A natural, antiviral massage oil, Sesame Oil is regularly used as a medicine in India. Normal dosage:-
Heat up or warm gently in hands and apply liberally as massage oil. Allow to absorb into your skin for atleast half an hour. Wash off in a warm shower or bath after use if required. |
